ex nihilo nihil fit

Translating to “nothing comes from nothing” this philosophical concept was first argued in Ancient Greece, and the idea remains timeless and universal. That is to say, there is no break between a world that did not exist and one that does, since the world that exists could not be created ex nihilo (out of nothing) in the first place. In other words, something cannot come from nothing. The philosophical concept of “nothing” references the scientific notion of “nothing”, in that most scientists agree that since the universe exists, it had to have come from something. Ergo everything was, is and always will be an inspired continuation.
